About the Founder, Sharon Honner

Sharon has experienced her own leadership journey gaining a wealth of knowledge during the process. She has an understanding and appreciation that everyone treads a different path, has different desires with challenges that arise and recognises the importance of resolving and managing these encounters. She enjoys helping others strive for their full potential. She can help you make better decisions and take effective actions. Sharon is a credentialed coach providing individual and group coaching. She is engaged by individuals or groups as an external coach assisting businesses, Directors, CEOs and Managers.

She has:

  • 15 years’ experience in the travel and banking industries
  • 15 years’ experience in the design and delivery of Leadership and Communication Workshops
  • 6 years’ experience in individual and group coaching
  • 6 years’ experience in Project Management

She has been instrumental in the development and delivery of leadership programs including:

  • ‘Women in Leadership – THE FIRST STEP’ (SA Government-PIRSA funded)
  • ‘Emerging Leaders’ (SA Government-PIRSA funded)
  • Mentoring Workshops (Co-operative funding by Government and private sector)
  • ‘2BHerd’ (funded by DairySA)

  • National Vice Chair for Partners in Grain Organisation

IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator

Sharon is an IAF CertifiedTM Professional Facilitator. The IAF CertifiedTM Professional Facilitator (CPF) is the professional designation for IAF members who demonstrate having Core Facilitator Competencies.  The Core Competencies represent a fundamental set of skills, knowledge, and behaviours that support effective facilitation in a wide variety of contexts.

The CPF designation benefits both facilitators and their clients. Facilitators achieve a formal certification and undertake valuable self-reflection and learning. For clients, working with a CPF provides an assurance that the facilitator has met the internationally recognised standard for effective facilitation of group processes.
